- Ingredients:
- - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- - olive oil
- - lemon juice
- - paprika
- - cumin
- - garlic powder
- - Salt and pepper to taste
- - Chuanke 3-prong skewers
- - Optional: vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, and cherry tomatoes
- Instructions:
- Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
